I have over 10 years of experience in design thinking, research, strategic planning, and brand and product innovation.
I began my love for research at the University of Rochester, with a double major in Anthropology and Statistics. Upon graduation, I explored market research, public relations, and innovation at WPP and SapientNitro.
Fascinated by design thinking and social change I completed an MA in “Thriving Through Experiential Design” at NYU’s Gallatin school. My interdisciplinary program combined business, interaction design, and social science research to explore how organizations can create sustainable thriving.
Leaning into my passion for cultural change and design research, I have spent the past few years re-imaging innovation and design research strategy at Intuit. I envisioned and lead Intuit’s Design Studio, serve as an Innovation Catalyst, and work with global cross-disciplinary teams to foster deeper customer empathy and product innovation.
When solving problems, traditional approaches tend to segment and objectify people within time and space. I adopt a more empathetic and holistic approach. I view all stakeholders as active participants in the process and I work with them to create sustainable systems that foster knowledge generation and adaptability.
